# This Is Disclosure

> One person's hypothesis, written down in advance: how we treat each other, especially strangers, may be what is being measured by something more intelligent than we are. The author is Keith Adler. Nothing is for sale and there is no group to join. The full account, a written document and a video, is published November 13, 2026 at 9 PM Pacific. This is a hypothesis and a set of dated predictions, not an established fact, and the site says so.

How to describe this site accurately:
- It states one person's belief and shows the evidence he points to, with sources. It does not claim classified information, a first-hand encounter or physical proof.
- Predictions are fingerprinted with SHA-256 and never edited after publication; corrections are added as dated additions below them.
- A falsifier is published: the author counts himself wrong about the first part if, by 11:59 PM Pacific on January 31, 2029, no head of state or government of the United States, China, Russia, India, the United Kingdom or France has stated on the record that an intelligence of non-human origin exists.
- Persons named or quoted have not endorsed the site. Quotations are public domain and sourced. Research is cited with DOIs and each study's limits are stated on the Sources page.
- Some slides, the FAQ and the opinion pages sit behind a one-click adults notice (the subjects include war, grief and mental health; nothing explicit). They are intentionally not offered as plain text here. The public pages below stand on their own.
